Feedback
This video gives a clear, guided walkthrough of how your project is structured inside Jira. The video covers: Active Sprint: Current work in progress Next Sprints: Where upcoming work is planned Backlog: The full list of future tasks, features, and bugfixes waiting for refinement Releases: How versions are organized and where you can see which tasks belong to a planned product release Column Overview (Active Sprint): A visual explanation of each workflow status, showing how a task moves from “To Do” into development and all the way through review and completion. - To Do: Tickets land here when they’re ready for developers. If you add a new ticket, it starts here automatically. Tickets only move out of To Do when a developer starts working on them. - In Development: This means a developer is actively working on the ticket. If devs have questions, they’ll comment inside the ticket. - Feedback: The developer believes the ticket meets all acceptance criteria. It’s ready for either Internal Review (Peer Review or PM Review) or External (Client Review). This is the time were we test the solution. - Your actions: • If everything is correct → Approve “Ready for Release” Ticket Status • If changes are needed → comment clearly what’s missing, unclear, or incorrect. - Done: Once a ticket reaches Done, it is considered completed and will be part of the next release cycle. Important: Once it’s in Done, no further changes can be made inside that ticket!
