Editing the FAQ Page Content
This guide demonstrates how to locate and edit the content (questions and answers) for your platform's FAQ page within the CMS.
Step 1: Locate the FAQ Configuration (0:01 – 0:08)
- From the CMS dashboard (0:01), navigate to App Configuration in the top menu (0:03).
- Click on the Base Config box (0:05).
- Scroll down to the list of feature flags and select contentFAQ (0:07).
Step 2: Edit the FAQ Sections (0:08 – 0:34)
- The FAQ content is organised into expandable sections, each containing multiple questions and answers.
- Change the Text (the answer) by either typing directly or pasting content into the text area (0:22 – 0:26).
- Add New Questions: Click ADD ITEM TO QUESTIONS at the bottom of the section to add a new question/answer pair (e.g., adding "How quickly can I launch with SMPL VIDEO?") (0:27 – 0:33).
Step 3: Save and Review (0:34 – 0:44)
Once all edits are complete, click the SAVE button (0:35).
A notification will confirm: "Flag 'contentFAQ' updated" (0:37).
You can now switch to the frontend of your platform and refresh the FAQ page to see the updated questions and answers live (0:39 – 0:44).
