In this video, we’ll walk you through the first steps required to access the platform backend.
Important note before you start:
The website shown in this video is only an example.
You must register via your own product page / whitelabel website that we have sent you. The process shown in the video is exactly the same, regardless of the domain.
Step 1: Register on your product website
Sign up on your product page / whitelabel solution.
Step 1: Sign up
Register using your email address.
Please add +admin to your email when signing up.
Example: yourname+admin@company.com
This helps us quickly identify admin accounts.
Step 2: Contact us
After completing the signup, please contact our team.
We will then grant admin rights to your account.
Step 3: Log in to the Backend
Once admin rights are assigned, you can log in to the backend.
From there, you can manage settings and user access.
