Base Configuration

This video demonstrates how to edit the Base Settings of your platform within the CMS. These settings—which include essential information like platform names, addresses, and email contact information—are critical because the values entered here are dynamically used in other areas of the platform, such as the data protection policy, legal texts (Imprint/Impressum), and customer service communication points. Editing Base Settings (Contact Information) - Access Base Config: Navigate to App Configuration in the CMS (0:08 - 0:10). - Click on the BaseConfig box (0:12 – 0:13). - Scroll down and click on the feature flag baseConfig (0:19 - 0:20). - Edit Values: In the configuration window, locate and update the required fields (0:10 – 0:26): Click SAVE (0:27) to ensure the updated information is applied across your platform (0:29). This ensures consistency and accuracy for all legal and contact information displayed to your users.
