Assigning Full Admin Access to a User This guide demonstrates how to locate a user in the CMS and update their role to grant them Full Admin Access. Step 1: Locate the User From the CMS dashboard (0:13), navigate to User Management (0:14) in the left sidebar menu. Select "User" (0:16) from the submenu to view the list of registered users. Use the search bar to find the specific user you need to modify (0:18 - 0:22). Click on the user's name to open their details view (0:23 - 0:25). Step 2: Edit the User Role In the user's details view, click the EDIT button located in the top right corner of the screen (0:28 - 0:29). Under the Required Fields section for Identification, locate the Role field (0:30 - 0:31). The current role is typically set to "User" (0:31). Click the Role dropdown menu (0:32). Select Full Admin Access from the list of available roles (0:33 - 0:34). Step 3: Save Changes Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click SAVE & BACK TO LIST to apply the new administrative role to the user (0:37).
