After the Discovery Call, we begin the 4-Week Onboarding Process — a guided yet highly flexible setup phase in which your entire SMPLVIDEO platform comes to life. We start by providing you with your own web-based App Config environment. This is one of the core strengths of SMPLVIDEO: it allows you to adjust and manage the look, structure, and behavior of your platform independently. From colors and layouts to navigation, content categories, and feature toggles — you can shape your streaming service directly, without relying on developers. During these four weeks, we work alongside you to configure everything that is needed: • Branding, styling, and overall platform identity • Content structure and metadata • Payment and monetization models • User groups, access logic, and availability rules • Integrations, analytics, and additional platform features As soon as your base configuration is ready, we deliver test apps for all the platforms you require — Web, iOS, Android, Smart TV, Apple TV, Fire TV or more. This allows you to review the user experience in real devices early on, provide feedback, and fine-tune your setup. Throughout onboarding, you are supported but also empowered: you can adjust your platform yourself at any time, while our team guides you whenever needed. By the end of this phase, your entire ecosystem is configured, tested, and ready for launch — tailored exactly to your needs.
